Redefining Wellness, Redefining You

You’ve done everything "right." The career. The titles. The life others admire.

But deep down, you’re craving space—space to think, breathe, and just be. Whether you're navigating a life shift, standing at the edge of a big decision, or just want to slow down your wellness can’t wait.

At Santee + Redwood, we’re reshaping what wellbeing looks like for Black and Brown women.
Here, wellness is not about productivity. It’s about liberation.

We invite you to:

  • Rest without guilt

  • Move with intention, not urgency

  • Be held in community that understands you

  • Choose ease as a way of being, not a reward

This is your space to pause and reconnect—with yourself, your values, and what’s next.

Our Approach

The Liberated Wellbeing Framework

Santee + Redwood utilizes The Liberated Wellbeing™ framework. Our work is built on the foundation that we prioritize our wellbeing as a pathway to self-defined liberation . This framework is built on the R.I.C.E Model™ (rest. intentionality. community. ease)

  • Centering rest, reflection, and self-reclamation as birthrights for Black and Brown women.

  • Honoring our ancestral wisdom around healing, rhythm, and collective care.

  • Acknowledging the systemic challenges that we face: white supremacy, capitalism, racism, sexism, etc.
