A Retreat Built for You

On paper, you're good. The career, the title, the way you show up for everyone who needs you. You've built something real. Nobody would look at your life and see what it costs you to maintain it.

Realistically, you've been running yourself into the ground, juggling demands that never stop, putting your own needs last because survival has required it. The spaces around you (workplaces, schools, wellness programs, even community gatherings) are built on systems that weren't designed with you in mind. You notice it quietly: the norms, the assumptions, the ways you adjust just to fit in. It's exhausting, and it leaves you feeling unseen.

Reclaimed was created for Black and Brown women ready to reclaim their energy, their time, and their sense of self; to finally pause, let go of the pressure to perform, and step into restoration alongside women who understand the weight of holding everything together. So you can finally break free from the cycle of depletion and performance.

Reclaimed is for you if...

  • You’re capable, dependable, and tired of running yourself into the ground.

  • You’ve learned to survive by putting yourself last and you’re ready for something sustainable.

  • You crave rest that actually restores, not just a pause before the next demand.

  • You want practices that work inside your real life, not just in perfect conditions.

  • You’re ready to stop abandoning yourself and start trusting yourself.

  • You want to be in a space with Black and Brown women where you don’t have to explain your body, your boundaries, or your exhaustion.

If even one feels familiar, trust that.

The Shift You'll Take Home

  • Stop surviving on overdrive and start recognizing your own needs as valid and urgent, so you stop being the last on your own to-do list. You can make plans for yourself and actually keep them.

  • Reconnect with your intuition, body, and energy, learning to honor them without guilt so so you can make a decision without second-guessing yourself for three days afterward.

  • Bring wellness into your real life, through practical rituals, boundaries, and self-care tools that actually stick, so you stop starting over every Monday.

  • Live with alignment instead of endurance, so you can clock out at 5pm on the dot and not think twice about it.

  • Experience belonging and sisterhood with Black and Brown women who see and reflect your journey so you stop feeling like the only one holding this much together.

By the end of your weekend, you won’t just feel restored, you’ll leave with clarity, courage, and tools to reclaim yourself, every day.

A Retreat Held With Intention

In 2020, I was holding everything together while falling apart: a job demanding "always availability," two young children, rigid routines just to get through the days. From the outside, I was managing. Inside, I didn't feel like myself. When my husband gently mentioned he noticed I wasn't happy, that moment marked the beginning of choosing myself — not as an escape, but as a practice for staying whole.

When I explored wellness spaces, they often weren't built for women like me. I found myself monitoring and adjusting in rooms meant for rest. Even in healing spaces, I couldn't fully let go. I longed for a place where Black and Brown women could soften without explanation and truly belong.

That's why I created Reclaimed. Here, you are seen, held, and invited to step into rest, reflection, and reclamation without permission, performance, or perfection.

Every retreat is guided by intention and Spirit, with room to flow. Practices include meditation & breathwork, workshops for discovery & reflection, and rituals designed for real life.

You won't leave with a version of yourself you have to maintain. You'll leave clearer, more grounded, and better able to live your life without running yourself into the ground.

Your Retreat Experiences

Every day begins gently, before the day asks anything of you, you arrive in your body first.

  • Morning movement, breath, and meditation to ease you into each day

  • Workshops and reflection with women who showed up for the same reason you did — where someone else's honesty gives you permission for your own

  • All meals handled. A curated morning spread, chef-prepared lunches and dinners designed to nourish you without a single decision required

  • Access to the hot tub, sauna, and game room

  • Unstructured time to journal, nap, sit outside, or simply be in the quiet between

  • A closing ceremony Sunday morning. Intentional, unhurried, designed to send you home with something that lasts

  • A curated gift bag to carry the weekend home with you

Where You'll Retreat

Every detail of this weekend has been intentionally considered. Including where you'll rest each night.

Each room carries its own energy. As you imagine yourself here, notice which one feels like it's waiting for you.

Lecie's Haven

Private room · Private en suite bath

You don't have to be anywhere or anyone this weekend. Lecie's Haven is where you disappear into stillness completely. A clawfoot soaking tub waits inside a rainfall shower, with a private sitting bench and space to simply be; alone, unhurried, undisturbed. Real rest starts here, in hot water, in total quiet, in a room that asks nothing of you.

Mamie's Suite

Private room · Private en suite bath

Some rooms are just rooms. This one is a sanctuary. A king bed, a private bath, and the kind of stillness that makes you wonder why you waited so long to give yourself this. Nothing to share. Nothing to negotiate. Just you, held.

Bell's Escape

Private room · Shared bath

You are allowed to need space. Bell's Escape says so. Close the door, spread your things out, and remember what it feels like when no one needs anything from you and you are given enough space to finally put your things down (physical, mental and emotional) and leave them there. This is what it feels like to take up room.

Heard Sister's Sanctuary

Shared room · Shared bath

You know that some of the best moments live in the in-between. The Heard Sisters' Sanctuary is built for you; the one who goes all in on conversation, who comes alive in community, who knows that being witnessed by other women is its own kind of coming home.

All packages include 6pm check in on Thursday, your room, curated breakfasts, private chef prepared lunches and dinners, every workshop and retreat experience, wellness sessions, full property access (including hot tub, game room & sauna!), and plenty of time to practice the rest that we preach.

Many find that stepping into community with other thoughtful women opens space for deeper rest, confidence and connection, even if it's new.

Through intentionally designed workshops, community meals, and social activities, we balance spending time getting to know each other with time getting to know ourselves and resting.

You'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before the retreat during the pre-retreat kick back. The virtual getting to know you and information session will take place within the two weeks prior to the retreat.

I want to come and bring a friend...
