Reclaimed

River Mountain Resort in Everett, PA / March 13-15, 2026

For Black and Brown women ready to ditch survival mode and start living on their own terms.

A Retreat Built for You

On paper, you're good. Realistically, you’ve been running yourself into the ground, juggling demands that never stop, and putting your own needs last because survival has required it. Too often, the spaces around you, workplaces, schools, wellness programs, even community gatherings, are built on systems that weren’t designed with you in mind. You notice it quietly: the norms, the assumptions, the ways you have to adjust or hold back just to fit in. It’s exhausting, and it leaves you feeling unseen.

Reclaimed was created for Black and Brown women who are ready to reclaim their energy, their time, and their sense of self. This is a space where you can finally pause, let go of the pressure to perform, and step into restoration alongside women who understand the weight of holding everything together, so you can finally break free from the cycle of depletion and performance.

Reclaimed is for you if...

You don’t need to resonate with every line. If even one feels familiar, trust that.

  • You’re capable, dependable, and tired of running yourself into the ground.

  • You’ve learned to survive by putting yourself last and you’re ready for something sustainable.

  • You crave rest that actually restores, not just a pause before the next demand.

  • You want practices that work inside your real life, not just in perfect conditions.

  • You’re ready to stop abandoning yourself and start trusting yourself.

  • You want to be in a space with Black and Brown women where you don’t have to explain your body, your boundaries, or your exhaustion.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about reclaiming yourself.

The Shift You'll Take Home

  • Stop surviving on overdrive and start recognizing your own needs as valid and urgent.

  • Reconnect with your intuition, body, and energy, learning to honor them without guilt.

  • Bring wellness into your real life, through practical rituals, boundaries, and self-care tools that actually stick.

  • Live with alignment instead of endurance, so your strength comes from choice, not sacrifice.

  • Experience belonging and sisterhood with Black and Brown women who see and reflect your journey.

By the end of your weekend, you won’t just feel restored, you’ll leave with clarity, courage, and tools to reclaim yourself, every day.

A Retreat Held With Intention

There’s a kind of exhaustion that comes from holding everything together while putting yourself last, running yourself into the ground because survival requires it. In 2020, that was my life: a job that demanded "always availability." parenting two young children, and clinging to rigid routines just to get through the days. From the outside, I was managing. Inside, I didn’t feel like myself. One day, my husband gently mentioned noticing that I wasn’t happy. That moment marked the beginning of choosing myself, not as an escape, but as a practice for staying whole.

When I explored wellness spaces, I realized they often weren’t built for women like me. I was a middle-aged Black mom in rooms mostly filled with young, thin, white women. I found myself monitoring, adjusting, and bracing in spaces that were meant for rest. Even in rooms designed for healing, I couldn't fully let go. I longed for a place where Black and Brown women could soften without explanation, and truly belong.

That’s why I created Reclaimed. Here, you are seen, held, and invited to step into rest, reflection, and reclamation without needing permission, performance, or perfection.

Every retreat is guided by intention and Spirit, with room for flow so what unfolds meets the women in the room. Practices include:

  • Meditation & breathwork

  • Workshops for discovery & reflection

  • Rituals designed for real life

Here you'll find a community where your guard can come down and your nervous system can soften.

You won’t leave with a version of yourself you have to maintain. You’ll leave clearer, more grounded, and better able to live your life without running yourself into the ground.

You'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before the retreat during the pre-retreat kick back. The virtual getting to know you and information session will take place within the two weeks prior to the retreat.
