A restorative retreat for women ready to come back to themselves
You’ve spent years holding space for everyone else.
This weekend is for you to finally be held.
Three days to rest, reflect, and reconnect with the woman you are beneath the obligations, expectations, and responsibilities.
Through guided practices, thoughtful workshops, and shared space, you'll remember who you are beyond all the roles and titles and return home ready to prioritize her.
River Mountain Resort / Everett, PA / March 13-15, 2026
You’ve given your time, your energy, your attention, building a life that holds many moving parts.
And yet, something in you is asking for space.
Reclaimed is a three-day restorative retreat for Black and Brown women ready to rest deeply, build new strategies, and reconnect with themselves. A space without roles, expectations, or urgency.
This is a return to yourself.
Reclaimed is not about escape or indulgence. It’s about creating the space to be fully present with your body, your inner voice, and what you need now.
Through gentle, intentional practices, you’ll rest deeply, feel genuinely supported, and reconnect with the part of you that knows when to slow down and when to move forward.
Here, rest isn’t something you earn.
It’s something you’re allowed to receive.
You’ve built a full life and feel ready to come back to yourself, not just take a break
You’re used to caring for others and are ready to give some of that care back to yourself
You’re open to meaningful change, not just a few days away
You’ve tried caring for yourself in small ways and still feel the need to slow down and recalibrate
You’re ready to rest without guilt or explanation
You want to be in community with women who honor both your strength and your vulnerability
Reclaimed takes place March 13–15, 2026 at River Mountain Resort in Everett, PA.
Investment: $600

Many find that stepping into community with other thoughtful women opens space for deeper rest, confidence and connection, even if it's new.
Through intentionally designed workshops, community meals, and social activities, we balance spending time getting to know each other with time getting to know ourselves and resting.
You'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before the retreat during the pre-retreat kick back. The virtual getting to know you and information session will take place within the two weeks prior to the retreat.
We love that, invite her!
The retreat is an all-inclusive per person package, so you each will need to reserve your own package.
